Soccer Complex Rules

• PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

• Renters may expect to find the fields and general premises in good conditions and clean.

• Renters are responsible for damages caused by their negligence or that of players, their families, or guests and are required to keep and maintain premises clean by, i.e. picking up garbage and depositing in garbage containers, etc.

• Pets are not allowed in any part of the complex.

• No smoking is allowed.

• No grills or similar devices may be used.

• No alcoholic beverages are allowed.

• In order to maintain the fields in good shape, no practicing is allowed in the goal areas. (Restricted to goal keeper warm-up 10 minutes prior to game start.)

• ADDITIONAL ITEMS

• The Kalamazoo Community Soccer Association and/or their Directors assume no liability for injury, damages, theft or any hardship incurred while using the field and premises as players, officials, spectators and/or visitors.

• Renters are required to present proof of insurance.

• Closing of the complex will take place 15 minutes after the last game.

• Only licensed drivers are allowed to operate the golf carts on the complex property.

• It is the renters' responsibility to enforce the 15 mph speed limit in the parking lot.

• Rested fields shall not be used in any manner without approval of the Board.

• No field usage prior to 2:30 pm on Saturdays without approval of the Board.

• STIPULATION

• Violation of any of the covenants above stipulated will be enough cause for the

cancellation of any agreement.
